This house has been a passion project of mine for the last 8 months. We deconstructed the house from the inside out and made it a brand new home with the charm and good energy left behind by lives well lived inside it’s original walls.

I have been designing spaces for clients for years and when I decided to do this house I did it with every past project in mind. No detail was missed. The kitchen and vanities are all custom cabinetry made locally by Pure Diamond Woodwork, Inc. The appliances are all high end Thermador- from the 48” double oven range to the built-in paneled refrigerator/freezer. The floor plan is open- easy to entertain and wonderful if you are a parent who wants to keep an eye on young children.

4 bedrooms are upstairs, all of them are good sizes with ample storage. There are high ceilings with custom millwork details. The washer and dryer are upstairs to shorten the commute with dirty laundry.

This home is a smart home. From the first step onto the gorgeous front portico when you see the ring video doorbell to the wifi thermostats you can control from your phone. Chilly morning feet in the winter? No problem as the upstairs bathrooms have heated floors on programmable timers.

Now let’s talk aesthetics… Simple, clean lines and beautiful finishes. The floors, the woodwork, the cabinets, the tile and the lighting, all of it stunning yet cohesive from the roof to the basement.

I have truly enjoyed every minute of designing this home and look forward to finding the perfect buyer for it who will love it as much as the family who grew up in it originally. As George JR (who grew up here) said to me the other day when I walked him through the finished project… “I remember this home always being full of laughter and music” this is a theme I hope carries through the new generation of lives to be lived here. The amazing energy of this home can be felt from the moment you pull into the driveway.

This house is the perfect definition of my mantra for our company… it is “designed to be lived in.”
